Original Abstract

The noise spectroscopy is used to determinate quality and reliability of semiconductor materials. This paper deals with a design octave digital filter bank to PSD estimation of wideband random process. The computing of filter bank use FFT algorithm. In the very low frequency area we will obtain high resolution. The usage of this method reduce background noise of measuring setup.
