Original Abstract

This paper is focused on the importance of customer services and their impact on industrial companies, especially small and medium-sized companies. Integration of customer services to industrial markets is seen as a significant tool for customer satisfaction. The first part of the paper, theoretical aspects, stresses the most important advantages of customer services for companies. The second part describes the results from the research which was held in some Czech industrial small and medium-sized companies with the respect to customer services. For this paper the most interesting findings were chosen.
