Original Abstract

Services are a significant strategic element. They have an impact on company prosperity. Nowadays, these services are almost a necessity for companies that want to face up to strong competitiveness and that want to have constantly satisfied and loyal customers. The article is focused on the main problems of integration of customer services, namely customer services provided on industrial markets to products. The first part is focused on very brief description of customer services and its role. The second part describes the main problems of integration of customer services to industry.
