Original Abstract

Thanks to the fierce competitive environment, producers and sellers of many different kinds of products have to supply also customer services to their clients. Customer services are almost a necessity for companies that want to have satisfied customers. Also young people as a significant group of consumers perceive customer services as an important part of their sale decisions. Young people are often influenced by the supplies of services during their purchases. Therefore I prepared special questionnaire for young people to find out their real attitudes to this problem. The article shortly describes the importance of providing customer services for companies. The longer part of this paper is focused on description of the above mentioned questionnaire and mainly on its surprising results.
