Original Abstract

The paper presents the part of the results of the research into organisational values of Czech manufacturing companies which was carried out within the grant project GACR No. 402/02/0114. The aim of this part of the research was to find out if the customer focused values are the part of the content of organisational culture of companies investigated and what are the relationships between individual values.
