Original Abstract

This paper is focused on providing customer services in the manufacturing sector. Today customer services play very important role by influencing, gaining and holding customers. A company can produce a quality product, but without strategy oriented on customer services can even lost their customers very easy and fast. A competitor can provide a quality product also, but moreover he supplies a good system of services which is very attracting for customers. Firstly I want to describe the main classification schemes of services which can be provided to products and secondly I would like to focus on three benefits selected for their generic viewpoints: financial, strategic, and marketing.
