Original Abstract

Possibilities of humidity adjustment in the specimen chamber of the environmental scanning electron microscope at low pressure are described. Optimal pumpdown sequence and filling-in of water wapors to the specimen chamber problem are solved. Suggested cycle serves for obtaining environment in the vicinity of examined specimen and can be exploited for observation ob battery mass structures in the process of their utilization.
