Original Abstract

The surface modifications of PDMS brings additional possibilities how to prepare in vitro culture system for cardiac cells. Actual challenge is preparation of narrow corridors, which can be characterised by good selective adhesion of cardiomyocytes, cardiomyocytes in narrow corridors could display the cell shape, cell conecctions and metabolism which better mimics real parameters of cardiomyocytes in vivo and can be used for study of action.
