Original Abstract

This paper describes the possibilities of using x-ray to detect a defect in ceramic materials. This research focuses on fired ceramics more accurately on corundum ceramics. The structures created are 96% corundum ceramic. Defects were deliberately created for the article. For this research, common materials have been selected that can appear in ceramic structures. Especially materials that can get there from the human body. These particles are hairs, eyelashes and hair dandruff. The first part describes the problems of detection with x-ray and possibilities for this kind of detection. The next part describes the state of the art and the possibility of detecting defects.
