Original Abstract

The methodology of measuring mechanical properties of agricultural products mentioned in Test 2003[1] was improved and extended by Department of Control, Measurement and Instrumentation of FEEC BUT (Brno University of Technology) and Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry Brno in succession of previous results. Improving the methodology is based on testing other agricultural fruit, measuring greater number of samples and much more detailed processing and evaluation of measured results. We reported results given by measuring apples (strain Golden Delicious, Idared and Florina) in our contribution.
