Original Abstract

Doplněk k publikaci „Soft computing v podnikatelství a veřejné správě“ se věnuje novým zajímavým poznatkům v oblasti soft computingu Uvedeno je použití v oblasti politické i zdravotní. V oblasti politické je uveden příklad využití např. fuzzy logiky při prognózování typu možných politických konfliktů, neuronových sítí při zjišťování politického postoje autora dle textu a genetických algoritmů pro včasné varování vzniku násilných politických konfliktů. V oblasti zdravotnictví je uveden příklad využití např. fuzzy logiky při monitorování a rozpoznání zdravotního stavu člověka, neuronových sítí při diagnostice nemocí a genetických algoritmů při optimalizaci léčebných metod. Dále lze uvést využití neuronových sítí a genetických algoritmů v hudbě, strojového učení v umění. Publikace obsahuje nové poznatky, ale i drobné postřehy a doplňky.

English abstract

The add-on to the publication "Soft computing in business and public services" focuses on new interesting insights in soft computing. It is used in political and health. In the political field, there is an example of using fuzzy logic for predicting the type of possible political conflicts, neural networks to determine the political attitude of the author according to the text, and genetic algorithms for early warning of the emergence of violent political conflicts. In the field of health care, there is an example of using fuzzy logic for monitoring and recognizing human health, neural networks for diagnosing diseases and genetic algorithms for optimizing treatment methods. Furthermore, the use of neural networks and genetic algorithms in music, machine learning in art. The publication contains new insights as well as minor insights and add-ons.
