Original Abstract

The aim of the work was to find out an optimal way for the preparation of the stable perovskite solar cells. During the manufacture process was created a four solar cell samples with emphasis on stable active perovskite structure. After the perovskite solar cells were prepared, their degradation was observed and analyzed. The influence of humidity and UV radiation began to affect solar cells. The conversion efficiency of the best sample has dropped from ηMAX = 7.22 % to ηMAX = 5.48 % within the 20 hours.
