Original Abstract

The paper provides information on the detection of components contained in chemical samples. A short principle of the important electro–separate method – isotachophoresis – is presented. The sliding detection system, which helps to improve the separation process of the analysis, is described. An image from a colour line scanner is used as a source of basic information for control of high voltage source. The used application and algorithms for machine vision are designed in progressive graphic development system LabVIEW. Real–time control of the separation process is implemented into a compact control process logic controller. As an example of function of the sliding detection system is shown a short time separation of organic ion compounds.
