Original Abstract

Článek se zabývá analýzou vibrací hnacího traktu nákladního vozidla s pohonem 8x8, způsobených rotací prohnuté hřídele. Cílem řešení bylo omezit vibrace, proto byl vytvořen analytický tranzientní výpočtový model pro stanovení průhybu hřídele hnacího traktu. Výsledky tohoto modelu byly porovnány se simulací tranzientního chování 3D modelu hřídele, vytvořeného metodou konečných prvků - MKP. K ověření výpočtových modelů byla provedena měření průhybu hřídele a směrových vibrací struktur vozidla. V závěru jsou výsledky vyhodnoceny pro původní a novou verzi hnacího traktu.

English abstract

The article analyzes the vibration of the truck powertrain with the 8x8 drive caused by the rotation of the deflected shaft. The aim of the solution was to reduce vibration therefore an analytical transient computational model for the shaft deflection calculation was created. Results obtained from this model were compared with simulations using a 3D computational model of the shaft which uses the finite element method - FEM. To validate computational models, measurements of shaft deflections and directional vibrations were performed. In conclusion, the results are evaluated for old and new version of the powertrain.
