Original Abstract

In this article, the automatic motor stop because of a mechanical obstacle or the end limit is described and implemented. Theory about the motor current parameters evaluation and the motor current measurements is presented. As case-study, the created air-conditioning using ATmega8 and MC33887 is described where the motor stop is implemented and tested. A new algorithm that detects the motion state automatically according to the motor current measurement with no need of the motor parameters is proposed and tested.

Czech abstract

V tomto článku je prezentována zlepšená technika automatického zastavení DC motoru při nárazu na překážku. Je zde rozebrána teorie o výpočtu proudu motoru a jeho měření. Jako case-study, kde je tato technika použita, byl vybrán projekt týkající se návrhem a implementací řídicí embedded části klimatizace místnosti za použití mikrokontroléru Atmega8 a driveru pro motor MC33887. Navrhovaný algoritmus detekuje stav motoru dle měření proudu a automaticky motor zastaví, přičemž nepotřebuje žádné parametry motoru.
