Original Abstract

This article writes about the description and the main examples of service. In the first part, the article shortly describes the basic characteristics of services and their share in the GDP and employment. In the second part I will inform about service sector and characteristics of services, such as Intangibility, Inseparability, Variability and Perishability. In the third part I want to describe the seven "P's" of service marketing and the services marketing triangle. The seven "P's" of services are: promise, process, provider, performance, perception, place and price. Triangle consists of three points, such as: employees, company and customers. Finally, the strategy of supplying services by companies is very important and must be done in accordance with key customer needs and wishes.
