V tomto článku jsou diskutovány degradace způsobené vysokým potenciálem elektrického pole působící na fotovoltaickém systému. Tato degradace způsobuje náhlý pokles výkonu fotovoltaické elektrárny.

English abstract

This article discusses the potential induced degradation (PID), which causes a noticeable power drop in photovoltaic power plants. On the levels of the PV system, module and photovoltaic cell are described possible methods to create a protection against degradation or to cure affected PV modules.
