Original Abstract

From the point of view of simple construction and high efficiency, the majority of all installed motors are induction machines (IM) today, therefore IM have found your place as drives in a lot of applications. At the beginning of the twenty-first century, the significant attention is paid research and development of high speed induction machines, their design, overall drive concept and used materials. However, this article describes IM from another perspective than just its design. Concretely, the paper presents IM as the transfer element of bigger electromechanical systems and is focused on its behavior in the frequency domain. The aim of paper is to find and to provide the other criterion parameters which should improve the accuracy of diagnosis. Thus, the study supposes that its results will use to enhance the quality of electromechanical systems analysis. Resulting conclusions from this study should extend the issue concerning about the evaluation of motor values which are usually recorded and used as diagnostic "tool" for either the evaluation of motor current condition or the condition of the whole electromechanical systems which are driven by IM.
