Original Abstract

This work is focused on determination of total polyphenols in different currant and gooseberry cultivars grown in the Czech republic and on monitoring of the influence of total polyphenol content on the total antioxidant activity of studied fruit. The antioxidant activity was studied by UV-VIS using ABTS and DPPH methods.
