Original Abstract

The aim of this study was developed and optimized an efficient analytical method for determination of 4 bisphenols and their corresponding diglycidyl ethers in various food samples, representing the average food basket of the Czech population. A standard operating procedure, based on the solvent and solid phase extraction (SPE), was developed for various foodstuffs matrices and all samples were analyzed using gas chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (CG-MS/MS).
