Original Abstract

Natural porous material (plant cuticles) enables the change of compounds from outer to inner environmental and its function is regulation of water, compounds and protection after biotical effect. Diffusion methods for these experiments were diffusion pair (stationary diffusion) and free diffusion (non-stationary diffusion). Diffusion processes were seen in time (after 24 hours) and were quantified UV-VIS spectra. From the date were determined transport parameters, which characterized rates of diffusion (diffusion coefficient).
