Original Abstract

The study of O2 and O3 reactions with electrode surface in an ozonizer is presented. The electrode surfaces in ozonizer were treated in the discharge with pure (99.9999%) oxygen for several hours. Then the discharge was switched off and pure oxygen or oxygen with ozone produced in another ozonizer was passed through the ozonizer with treated electrodes. The ozone concentration was measured by UV absorption.
