This study describes possible ways of implementing the emulators of two-state memcapacitor, which exhibits unambiguous constitutive relation of "flux-integral of charge" type. Instead of classical mutator approach, the technique of switched capacitors is used, representing an effective method of emulating the floating two-terminal devices.
