Original Abstract

The contribution proceeds from the work [1], which is based on statistical analysis of the measured biological data. The data were processed by Statistics CZ 10.0, which was used for all the testing and determining relationships among variables. The basic of the statistical analysis was a determination whether the chemical substances have some effect on the production of reactive oxygen species that cause oxidative stress, which leads to the damage up to cell death. The measured data were processed using correlation. The work [1] contains testing of a lot of variables but in the following contribution an example of only one analysis - an analysis of hydrogen peroxide production is included. The chosen method of solution can be applied to other fields, such as logistics where it can be used for evaluation of fatigue of truck driver, demands of transport, etc.

Keywords

Software Statistics, Spearman correlation, Pearson correlation, oxidative stress.
