Original Abstract

The simplest circuit for measurement a pump characteristic consists of a suction tank, measured pump and a valve. Only standard pumping mode can be evaluated in that case. From zero to maximal flow rate which is given by resistance of the hydraulic circuit. Method how to measure the pump characteristic over the maximal flow rate is described in the paper. Any changes of the hydraulic circuit are not needed.
