Original Abstract

Vizkoelastické vlastnosti termosenzitivního PLGA-PEG-PLGA kopolymeru modifikováného mikro-HAp and nano-HAp byly studovány pomocí rheologické dynamické analýzy.

English abstract

Viscoelastic properties of thermosensitive PLGA-PEG-PLGA copolymer aqueous solutions modified by both mikro-HAp and nano-HAp powders were evaluated by rheological analysis. The gel stiffness of both composites had maximum closer the body temperature and therefore investigated PLGA-PEG-PLGA/HAp composites seems to be suitable candidates as injectable resorbable systems for regenerative medicine in orthopedics and dental applications or injectable drug delivery systems.
