Original Abstract

Four topologies of the quadrature oscillators are proposed in the paper, each of them employing two Z Copy-Controlled Gain-CDBAs (ZC-CG-CDBAs). The circuits start from the well-known concept of two integrators in a feedback loop. In all cases, the frequency of oscillation and the oscillation condition can be orthogonally controlled, with the possibility of using both the analog and digital approach. The available outputs are in the form of voltage and also current waveforms. Each of the presented oscillators represents a certain measure of the tradeoff between the universality and the complexity of its structure. The workability of the oscillators is verified experimentally.
