Original Abstract

Influence of the preparation of a polyelectrolyte-surfactant system on its character (appearance, size and number of particles in the system), stability and properties of solubilized molecule as a fluorescent hydrophobic probe was investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy and dynamic light scattering methods. The study was performed on a complex of polyelectrolytes (native hyaluronan and sodium polystyrene sulfonate, respectively) with cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) in aqueous solution and in 0.15 M NaCl solution (physiological solution).
