Original Abstract

In this work the statistical evaluation of T1-weighted imaging and T2-weighted imaging of human tissues in the healthy and pathological tissues was made. The authors focused on the evaluation of bone marrow from femoral neck, femoral head, femur and also fat outside the bone. In each sample of the tissues the statistical data were evaluated. Based on this statistical data, we made a new statistics and created box plots. By each tissue we evaluated following statistical quantities: mean values, standard deviation (S.D.) and skewness. This database used our algorithm to determine the tissues.
