Original Abstract

The intercalation of doxorubicin drug to DNA was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and voltammetry. Flat gold electrodes and electrodes with gold nanocolumns were used for electrochemical measurements. At first, all electrodes were characterized by impedance spectroscopy and then the interaction of DNA and doxorubicin was studied by linear sweep voltammetry
