Original Abstract

Standard 802.11p is designed for system Car2X, which was created for communications Car-2-Car and Car-2-Infrastructure. It means interactions among cars, between cars and infrastructures, to improve safety and comfort on the road. This article deals with the simulation of the transmission 802.11p signal over channel ITU-R M.1225. Channel ITU-R M.1225 includes Pedestrian and Vehicle models with different Relative delays and Avarage power. The influence of the channel on the signal was analyzed using MATLAB simulation in terms of bit error rate (BER).
