Original Abstract

Article provides an analysis of the construction sector in the Czech Republic and especially in view of the economic situation in the construction, aggregate demand, trade and the related sales development. For this purpose, it is used the method of analysis of secondary sources and consequently paired logical method, namely, induction and deduction. Performed research has indicated a number of elements to which you should pay attention to those in other studies. In particular, the causes of the current declining performance, specifics and characteristics of Czech Construction and related differences, which may cause this situation, possibilities and ways of measuring the effectiveness of sales and marketing, definition of performance indicators and the possibility of their application in the Czech construction industry.
