Original Abstract

Carried-out in-vitro experimental investigation of low intensity laser emission influence on some physiological blood characteristics showed that laser emission has no significant effect on blood plasma viscosity, but influences greatly whole blood viscosity. Increase of laser emission exposure time causes increase of whole blood viscosity that is more often undesirable for patient. Laser correction of blood coagulability disorders is advised to perform only for patients with hypercoagulation, otherwise blood coagulability index does not become normal. Low intensity laser emission violates leucocyte membrane integrity, at that increase of itsn exposure time leads to increase of damages blood cells number. Despite their popularity therapeutic procedures of blood laser irradiation turn out to be not enough effective, and in some cases have baneful effect on flow and coagulative blood characteristics, and also on blood cell integrity. As a result of premises it is necessary to perform intensive study in order to define proper modes of low intensity laser emission influence while using it in therapy.
