Original Abstract

Hormonal compounds are emerging environmental pollutants. They can have adverse effect on environment and human health even at very low concentrations. In this study method SPE-HPLC-MS has been optimized to determine the levels of 8 selected hormonal compounds in wastewaters of two different wastewater plants – in Břeclav and in University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno. Efficiency of wastewater and drinking water technologies was also evaluated.
