Predstavlennaja v dannoj rabote tehnologija izgotovlenija mishenej pozvoljaet dobitsja rjada preimushestv po sravneniju s gorjachim pressovaniem (snizhenie energeticheskih I vremennyh zatrat na izgotovlenije, uvelichenie skorosti spekanija misheni, bystryj perezapusk processa)

English abstract

This technology allows the manufacture of target with number of advantages instead a hot pressing (reducing energy and time for target formation, increasing of the sintering velocity, quick restart of the process, the device does not require a lot of time for cooling)
