The paper illustrates the possibilities of Zulligers table test application in a specific situation - in the case study, characteristics from social, cognitive and also performance area for both successful and unsuccessful consultants were identified by this test. It was confirmed that Zulligers table test may be applied in the area of human resources management as a tool with high incremental validity. Czech abstract

Tato publikace ilustruje možnost využití Zulligerova tabulkového testu ve specifické situaci. Zulligerův test je zaměřen na osobnost jako celek, poskytuje bohatý pohled na její charakteristiky i maladaptaci, respektuje rozmanitost lidí. Díky šíři svého záběru může sloužit v personální práci jako nástroj s vysokou inkrementální validitou. V případové studii umožnil identifikovat charakteristiky z oblasti sociální, kognitivní i výkonové pro úspěšné a neúspěšné konzultanty. Charakter testu také napomáhá eliminaci negativních jevů při testování v rámci výběrových řízení jako je například záměrné klamání. Výsledky ZTT mohou posloužit jako hypotézy, jako návodné otázky při postupu k řešení úloh při řízení lidských zdrojů.
