Článek se zabývá platnosti územních plánů obcí. A to v souvislosti s novým stavebním zákonem, který platnost územních plánů schválených před rokem 2012 upravuje.

One of the essential factors in valuing land is valid territorial plan. Territorial planning documentation of the official body or zone, territorial plan of municipalities and regulatory plan, which have been approved before 1. January 2007, to 31. Due to time and financial cost of acquisition of territorial plans, some of the communes to institute action to the procurement of new territorial plans. According to the information of the Institute of territorial development to the 29th February 2012 handles the new territorial plan 766 communes. The municipalities used this situation to ensure that these plans make provision, as much as possible of the changes. In this context of the valuation of land, the experts should focus on whether or not married to the location of the above change, where appropriate, to warn and to avoid possible future conflicts.
