Original Abstract

The non-linearity of the electrical filters components caused a creation of a higher harmonic frequency and inter-modulation signals. Due to that a dynamic range of modern analogu electronic system is increasing up the 100 dB, than the frequency filters used, as selectors with high attenuation in stop-band must be able to conserve a purity of frequency spectrum. From analyses it is shown, that a value of required linearity depends on two aspects. First, it is the neede stop-band attenuation and it is evident the need of higher linearity with required attenuation. Second, the value of new frequency components depe4nds in power on the value of the voltage and current of the circuit components. From this point of view the non-linearity of the capacitors and inductors for LC filters is important parameter. The measuring of the non-linearity and modelling of real capaciotr were performed for the analysis anmd the optrimum circuit desgn of electrical filters. Model fo capacitor with non-linearity component and simple model of the transmission of the parasitic signal to circuit output are give.
