Original Abstract

In this paper, a new circuit for realizing floating lossless inductance simulator is presented. The proposed simulator employs only two Z-copy current follower transconductance amplifiers (ZC-CFTAs) as active elements, a single resistor, and a single grounded capacitor. The workability of the proposed circuit is verified by SPICE simulations using TSMC 0.25 um level-7 CMOS process parameters on second-order voltage-mode band-pass filer.
