Original Abstract

This work deals with measuring of very low temperatures during the detection of local solar cells defects by luminescence method. emperature in cryo area is measured by the thermocouples. Liquid nitrogen is used to cool the solar cells. A main part of this work is a concept and to make equipment for temperature controlling in cryo technique. This equipment is also signaling danger of frost-bite scorch in low temperatures.
