Original Abstract

Printing is non-vacuum process used for defined deposition of materials on basic substrate, which is usually ceramic. It is applied in electronic and microelectronic technology processes for realization of various structures, as conductors, resistors, capacitors or semiconductors. Request for smaller size and higher density asks to make this process more precious and to keep its parameters under control. In this paper are described some aspects, which must to be follow carefully to achieve necessary result.
