Original Abstract

The woth was aimed at production of enzyme mixtures consisting of lignin degradading amd cellulose hydrolysing enzymes. The enzymes were produced by selelected fungal strains, in praticular F. solani, P. chrysosporium and A. pullulans. In general, F. solani was observed to be very promising candidate capable of producing high amounts of enzymes when cultivated at waste substrates.
