Original Abstract

Voltage clamp analysis of membrane currents is based on the investigation of current membrane response evoked by step or ramp change of voltage. The presented method enables to solve one of the basic problems - separate dynamic components. By combining of sufficiently low sinusoidal signal on long ramp voltage impulse, it makes possible to find voltage dependence of their time constants even without inhibitors of ambiguous specificity.
