Original Abstract

This contribution is divided in two parts. Firstly, the basic ideas of common spatial filtering based velocity measurement devices are presented and the main problems and errors are introduced that might be caused by the surface properties. Secondly, an error estimation algorithm for this kind of devices is proposed that uses a CCD or CMOS chip.

Keywords

Spatial Filter Method, optimization, adaptive spatial filter, surface properties parameterization, periodical structure, measurement accuracy improvement, CCD, CMOS.
