Original Abstract

The paper presents the results of the research project realized in the Czech Republic in the field of organizational culture. The aim of the research was identification and charting of organizational values typical for the Czech environment and their influence on behavior in organizations. The method finding values was used in the research project. The sample was consisted of 110 respondents - Czech employees. The results of the research indicate the values characteristic for organizations entrenched in the Czech Republic.
