Original Abstract

Operative control is a possibility to decrease significantly culmination runoff from the river basin with the reservoirs during floods without change of controlled system structure. For the construction of adaptive controlling algorithm the combination of non-linear optimization (determination of controlling flow - controlling quantity) and fuzzy regulation (determination of partial controlled water outflows from the reservoir - controlled quantities) is tested. The tested examples proved high efficiency of control.
