In design phase is necessary to calculate with investment and operative costs on the basis Agenda 21 for Sustainable Building. For building with light-weight envelopes we have to calculate with the risk of the overheating during the summer time because of the low thermal storage capacity of envelopes, e.g. from wood, hemp or straw.
