Original Abstract

The cable is formed by two tubular conductors and is connected to a sinusoidal voltage source. A method for calculating the inductance of this cable is proposed. In the calculation of inductance, establishing the current density across the cable cross-section for the given frequency of voltage source is of fundamental importance. The method is applied on examples and the results obtained are compared with published data.
