Original Abstract

Příspěvek pojednává o vlivu změny struktury následkem svařování na mechanické vlastnosti slitin titanu Ti-6Al-4V and Ti-3Al-2,5V. Je zde sledován průběh mikrotvrdosti ve svarech a vliv svaru na pevnostní a únavové charakteristiky.

English abstract

The poster deals with the experimental verification of the structural and mechanical properties of alpha-beta titanium alloys of the type Ti-3Al-2,5V and Ti-6Al-4V, and also with structural analysis of the welded joints on the tubes of titanium alloy Ti-3Al-2,5V with ERTi-6Al-4V filler metal at gas tungsten-arc manual welding with argon as a shielding gas. Structural analysis of the welded joints on a plate of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V made by electron beam welding is a to presented. The effect of annealing (700 C/ 50min.) on the structural and mechanical properties of alpha-beta titanium alloys Ti-3Al-2,5V and type Ti-6Al-4V is illustrated. The effect of the same heat treatment and and the surface treatment on the fatigue characteristics of the welded joints on a plate of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V made by electron beam welding in the part of this work, as well.
