Jsou dva zcela rozdílné pohledy na to, zda by měl v procesu výstavby figurovat technický dozor investora resp.objednatele. Jeden pohled je v podstatě negativní, protože podle něj je tento článek pouze žrout peněz, který nevytváří žádné hodnoty a spíše na stavbě překáží a zdržuje. Druhý pohled je naopak pozitivní, který chápe tuto úlohu jako nezastupitelnou součást celého procesu výstavby a v případě řádného výkonu této funkce jako garanta skutečně prostavěných prostředků a kvality odevzdávaného díla. I když žádný ze současných předpisů nestanoví povinnost aby na stavbách byl ustaven technický dozor investora, chtěl bych v tomto článku osvětlit důvody, proč by každý z racionálně uvažujících investorů měl mít, pokud sám není odborně způsobilý, tohoto odborníka na své straně.

Should the technical supervising of the investor (customer) take place in the construction processing? There are two different opinions. The first is basically negative because according to that, it is just "money guzzler" not producing any value and it is just interfering and delaying. On the contrary, the second is positive and takes the role as the member of construction processing, and if done properly it is a real guarantee of the invested money and quality of the work delivered. Although no current specifications state the duty of having the technical supervising, in the following article I would like to explain why there are reasons for every investor with the economical thinking to have it. And why, especially in the case that the investor himself is not an expert, it is good to have an expert available.
